Suggested Use:

For the best results spray  under the tongue, hold for 60 seconds and swallow. Repeat as required up to a maximum of 3 times per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. 10mg per spray.
